Our process is built around clear documentation, transparent vehicle information, and a defined inspection period after delivery.
From the date your vehicle is delivered, you have 10 calendar days to inspect it and confirm that it matches the agreed description, condition, and documentation provided before purchase.
If you are happy with the vehicle, no further action is required.
A buy-back request may be considered if the vehicle is not as described, important information was missed, or the transaction cannot be completed as expected.
The vehicle must remain in the same condition as delivered, not be sold, transferred, modified or damaged, and be available for inspection.
Once a buy-back request has been reviewed and approved, our team will confirm the next steps in writing. Approved refunds are normally processed within 24–48 hours after inspection and confirmation.
